Confession time – I rarely make my bed. I like to get into it the same way I got out of it. The blankets are just rolled aside so that when I get into bed, I just roll them right back down and I’m in my comfy little cocoon just like that.
One of my least favourite things when staying in hotels is the beds. Those sheets and blankets are tucked so tight under the mattress, I’ve pulled groin muscles in my legs trying to get them out. So now that’s the first thing I do when I get to my room. Pull those blankets out at every place they’re stowed underneath. It’s a workout.
