Bill Hader broke down while talking about being away from his kids for work

For some reason we always ask working mothers how they keep ‘balance’ with work and family and every time I hear this question I feel like working moms everywhere go…

However you never hear the same question for a working dad, especially in Hollywood. Recently actor Bill Hader opened up in an interview about his career and juggling his schedule between work and kids.

He broke down during said interview while talking about being away from his girls for work saying, “I think I saw my kids a total of five days all summer. It was terrible.” (In reference to shooting his TV show and a new movie)

Hader says he plans on taking this Summer off to be with his girls.. so I guess that’s his #Balance!
